Open House To Connect Communities

A Short Story of “Open House to Connect Communities.”

Ideas of Humanity turned into Reality.

The small quiet town of Ballanifad in Halton Hills turned into a festival city on Saturday, 13 May 2023, between 1-6 PM.
It was the day when just two years young worship place planned to open its doors to everyone irrespective of faith and ethnicity.

It was about six months of untiring efforts in exploring different options and tapping all possible opportunities by the dedicated Istiqlal team.
Their best hard work resulted in a well-planned and executed event on that day.

An Open House was organized to promote solidarity amongst communities of all faiths to live in peace and harmony at Istiqlal Islamic Center located at 14369 Trafalgar Road North, Ballinafad, ON.

Flags and balloons were flying, tents were pitched, and stage and tables were set up for the much-awaited occasion.
Sirens of the Police car and Fire Truck were blowing.
An extempore stage show took place.
Cameras click to capture the moments.
Welcoming the guests and visitors continued for the day.
